It's only active when both Claude desktop and Affinity are running. You'll need to stay up to date with the latest version of the Affinity desktop app. To enable the Affinity MCP server: - Open Affinity by Canva - Go to Settings, where you will find the MCP Server configuration options The Affinity MCP server handles authentication through the Affinity by Canva desktop app, managed by Canva when you’re logged into the desktop app.
