PromptArmor Product Terms & SLA

Last Updated: January 4, 2026

These PromptArmor Product Terms & SLA (“Terms”) apply to the PromptArmor product provided by Board Security, Inc. (“Provider”) and are incorporated by reference into the applicable Master Services Agreement and Order Form between the parties (“MSA”). If no MSA exists between the parties, Provider’s then-current online terms shall serve as the governing master services agreement. Current online terms can be found here.

These Terms are subordinate to the MSA. If there is any conflict, the MSA controls.

1. Hosted Application

PromptArmor is a hosted, web-based software application delivered electronically. Access is provided via secure web interface and related service components. No on-premise software is delivered unless expressly stated in an Order Form.

Provider may update, enhance, or modify the service from time to time as part of normal product evolution and security practice, provided core purchased functionality is not materially reduced during an active subscription term.

2. Service Availability

PromptArmor is designed and operated for high availability using commercially reasonable operational practices. Any additional availability and performance obligations are governed by the MSA.

3. Maintenance and Updates

Provider may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance and deploy updates, patches, and improvements as part of normal service operation. Maintenance activities may result in temporary service interruption.

4. Support

Support coverage and response practices are provided as described in the MSA and applicable Order Form. Support is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

5. Security and Data Handling

Security controls and data handling obligations are governed exclusively by the MSA and any executed data protection or processing addenda between the parties.

6. Governing Terms

Warranties, disclaimers, liability limits, remedies, and service commitments are defined solely in the MSA and Order Form. These Terms summarize service operation characteristics and do not expand contractual obligations.
